This is a Word document. It is a sample of the labels Karen Arbuckle uses on the QOV quilts. You can use this label as is, or use it as a base to create your own.

Note: When making labels follow the directions on the bottle--wash fabric in Bubble Ink Jet Set liquid (She purchased her bottle at Nancy's Calico Patch in Newport News).  Let drip dry. Iron fabric on to freezer paper, cut into 8 1/2 x 11 size and run through printer. Not all printers work the same. Please adjust these instructions for your printer type.
